Glenn Stevens, et al., Civil Action No. 2022-0327-NAC (the “Class Action”) and for JB Capital Partners, L.P. and certain other dissenters in the appraisal action entitled JB Capital Partners, L.P. v. Gain Capital Holdings, Inc., Civil Action No. 2020-06440-NAC (the “Appraisal Action” and together with the Class Action, the “Actions”), both of which are pending in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware (the “Court”).
